3.)    24% of buyers found the home they purchased on the Internet, 36% from a real estate agent, and 15% from yard signs.

All agents put your home on the Multiple Listing Service.

All agents can put a sign in your yard.

Very few agents know how to catch the attention of the buyers searching the internet.

If an agent tells you that they have a web presence that attracts buyers, ask to see their site statistics, especially the Referrer URLs. This will show you what link a person used to visit that site. It will show you which search engine and keywords were used. The person that made those searches DID visit the site.
