Patrick
Teagarden was born in Northern
California in 1963. Where he graduated from Marysville High School in 1982 and
studied music at Yuba College and was lead Trombone in the
Yuba-Sutter Oratorio Society. He served in the United States Army as an
Electronic Warfare Non-Communications Interceptor/Analyst spending
most of his career on the Black Sea at Diogenes Station in Sinop Turkey.
After leaving the U.S. Army in 1986, Mr. Teagarden worked for Fairchild
Weston in Sarasota Florida as a Missile Systems Analyst and FORTRAN
programmer; it was 1987 that Patrick and his wife Cathy became licensed
Real Estate Agents, Patrick was also licensed as a Real Estate Appraiser.
Working for Red Carpet Realty, Patrick found that the most satisfying part
of being a Realtor was seeing a family move into their first home. In 1991,
Patrick and his family which now included his 6 month old daughter Racheal
made the move back to California where Patrick founded California Computer
Services of Citrus Heights, and EdTech Consulting Services of Cameron Park
California. During Mr. Teagarden's development of businesses he attended the
Union University where his studies in Aviation

Business Management/Safety and he earned his Airline Transport Pilot with
ratings is both the Beech Airliner 1900 and the Citation Jet. His flying
hobby became his profession in 1995 where he has flown more than 8000 hours
as a corporate pilot for Intel Corporation, Levi Strauss/Dockers and was a
UH-1 Huey Helicopter and BE-1900 pilot on contract to the U.S. Army at the
Ronald Reagan Missile Test Range on Kwajalein Atoll in the Republic of the
Marshall Islands. Mr. Teagarden has spent 7 years flying as a " Bush Pilot"
flying to remote villages including 5 years in Alaska, and most recently
managing an International research autonomous flight project for the
Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency and ADS-B Technologies. In 2002 Mr.
Teagarden founded Sharing His Light Productions, a Christian non-profit corporation in
Alaska where he has produced several Christian Video projects and supported
small churches in their development and use of technology in the sanctuary.
Mr. Teagarden is a REALTOR specializing in the Eagle River community
providing professional Real Estate Services. Patrick and Cathy live in
Chugiak and have a 9 year old son Kevin that attends Eagle River Elementary
and Racheal who just completed her first year at University of Alaska
Anchorage.
